The iPept Code of Conduct, hereinafter referred to as the "Code," serves as a fundamental basis for communication and implements expectations for ethical behavior on behalf of any customers, suppliers or stakeholders, and is a guide and integral part of the effort to provide the best possible service to iPept's customers.

The core of the iPept Code is its commitment to the principles of honesty, integrity and ethical decisions in its work. Wherein compliance with the provisions of this Code is the basic foundation and logical continuation of iPept’s commitment to its core values, ability to maintain its status as a globally trusted brand.

We expect all iPept customers, vendors and stakeholders to comply with the principles set forth herein. and will also agree with the following points.

1. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements of relevant local and national laws.

2. Do not post false or misleading advertising or make disparaging statements about competitors or their products and services.

3. Respect local tax laws and comply with tax/customs regulations that are relevant in their jurisdictions.

4. Not to participate in any public discussions or make any comments that could be taken as a statement or the official opinion from iPept. Customers, suppliers and interested parties agree that they are responsible for the use and transfer of such information.

5. Show professionalism in all statements and be tolerant and respectful of the ideas and suggestions of other participants, respect their rights.

6. Do not use information about any products sold by iPept for diagnosing, treating, solving any health problems, prescription of medications.

7. Do not make any medical claims or statements that misrepresent the products sold by iPept.

8. Provide accurate, truthful, complete and current information.

9. Do not use any iPept Platforms or any information contained on any of our sites for any illegal purpose.

10. Not to publish or transmit any illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening or offensive materials, including materials that encourage illegal behavior, infringe intellectual property rights or otherwise violate any applicable laws.

11. Do not change materials received from iPept, do not add additional information that may mislead customers.

12. Do not use names or images in matters that imply endorsement or sponsorship by a person or company or imply commercial cooperation with iPept.

13. Do not include, display, use or distribute links or content that contains or is associated with harmful content, contain malicious code and can harm other users.

Report of Alleged Violations:

iPept takes compliance with this Code seriously and therefore wishes to emphasize that the duty to report misconduct applies to for everyone. Therefore, if iPept employees, suppliers, stakeholders or customers become aware of conduct that may be a violation of this Code, they must report such behavior in accordance with the communication channels specified below.

You can report possible violations of this Code by clicking on the "Report Violation" link next to each content where such a link is available. If the "Report Abuse" link is not available, please send a report by email compliance@ipept.com with a detailed description of the violation, a link to the page, a screenshot and the reason why you believe that it violates this code. iPept will refer the matter to the appropriate investigation team for internal investigation and appropriate action.

Prohibition of Sanctions

iPept will not retaliate or sanction any person who provides information or otherwise assists in an investigation in good faith or proceedings regarding any questionable or allegedly unethical, illegal activities contrary to the provisions of this Code.
